Admission Notice of BA 3rd & 5th Semester

It's hereby informed to all students (BA 3rd semester and BA 5th semester) to take admission in BA 3rd semester and BA 5th semester-2024. The admission process will start from 06-08-2024 to 10-08-2024. Online Admission Link is available in the College web side i.e. “www.beltolacollege.org”
Applicability:
A) Category of students eligible under the fee waiver scheme:
i) Students whose parental annual income is less than Rs. 2.00 Lakh from all sources will be eligible to avail this scheme.
ii) If either of the parent (mother or father) of the student is working in the State Govt./Central Govt./Semi Govt./State or Central Govt. Undertakings, such students shall not be eligible under fee waiver scheme.
iii) Scheme is only for regular students having minimum 75% of attendance in classes in previous semester with no back paper in previous examination to be eligible for Fee Waiver claim in subsequent semester of study.
B) Proof of Income documents required:
i) The students who belonged to BPL category are asked to submit current Income Certificate from the Local Revenue Circle Officer only.
OR
ii) Ration Card issued by the competent authority
C) The student has to nurse the sapling and while seeking admission into B.A. 3rd & 5th Semester,2024 shall give 3 copies of photograph of the same tree that was planted during previous year.
D) Those students who did not apply or could not avail Fee Waiver in previous semesters, would be able to apply for renewal of admission under Fee Waiver Scheme for the next Semesters provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria.
E) The Students are asked to submit the online submitted admission form print copy, Fees paid receipt copy and Xerox copy previous grade sheet.
