As a post accreditation quality assurance measure and as prescribed by the NAAC, the Beltola College authority created its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on April 7, 2015. Though the cell has been functioning only for a brief tenure now, it has been playing the pivotal role for the college in ensuring academic and administrative upliftment by bringing in coherence among all the faculties and staff and also in maintaining comprehensive report of all activities- academic as well as socio-cultural to provide the students a fulfilling education. A feedback system was introduced immediately after one year of its inception, i.e. since 2016 to improve overall service delivery mechanism to all its stakeholders.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Beltola College proceeds to achieve the set target through a number of Quality Assurance strategies under different cells to instill awareness in various social and health issues. It also plays a role in introducing computerisation in academic issues, administrative fields, takes outreach programmes through College NSS unit, Bharat Scouts and Guides etc. Its activities include collaborative works through Non Government Organisations and also MoU signed with different educational institutions and industries for career development of its students.
