National Unity Day Celebrated at Beltola College on 31/10/2022
Beltola College celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) in order to commemorate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on 31 October, 2022 at 11:00 am. All the students along with NSS Volunteers and teaching and non-teaching staff participated in the celebration. All stood together to symbolise Unity in the college level hoping for a greater unity in national level. In the programme all took the following RASHTRIYA EKTA DIWAS PLEDGE: “I solemnly pledge that I dedicate myself to preserve the unity, integrity and security of the nation and also strive hard to spread this message among my fellow countrymen. I take this pledge in the spirit of unification of my country which was made possible by the vision and actions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. I also solemnly resolve to make my own contribution to ensure internal security of my country.” NSS volunteers then went for a Unity Run in the neighbourhood and in the community playground. The programme came to a close at 12:00 pm.
