Exam Form Fillup Notice
It is hereby informed to all concerned students that the Examination from fill up process for the students will started from 17th October,2023 of B.A. Semester-1(Arrear Batches 2018,2019,2020 &2021), Semester-III (Arrear Batches 2018,2019,2020 & 2021) and Semester-V (Regular & Arrear Batches 2018,2019,2020 & 2021) Examination, 2023 will be done through online system as per the dates mentioned below: The students are asked to submit the hard copy of online filled up examination form along with fees paid receipt Examination form fill-up will be done through online from 17th October, 2023. Students can log in the https://guportal.in for filling their examination forms. 1) Students (Non CBCS) failed or absent only in the sessional Examination need not to fill the Examination form. However, a failed candidate has to reappear in the sessional examination. 2) The 5th Semester candidates, who have arrear/back in certain subjects/or papers will be eligible to appear either in the First or Fifth semester examinations, not both. 3) Examination form filling up process will continue for a reasonably long period of time in order to ensure that no student is deprived of a chance to fill up his /her form' The system for online filling up of form will become inoperative after the expiry of the last date, no student will be allowed to fill up the form in the online/offline mode afterwards, For B.A. candidates (Under IDOL Scheme, Arrear Batch 20lg) candidates admitted in 2018 in Distance Education mode(Idol) will have to fill up their examination forms offline. They have to pay examination fee and submit their filled in examination forms in their respective colleges. The last date for filling up of examination forms is 2nd November, 2O23. Just after the online submission student will have to deposit a copy of printout of the submitted form along with receipt of fees paid, all documents (Xerox Copy of Previous Grade Sheet, Registration Certificate) etc. at College counter on or before 3rd November,2023. Those students who do not submit the examination form & documents shall not be approved their examination form for appearing the Final Examination. N.B: Admit cards for unapproved students will not be generated. Examination Fees Structure for all semester (Regular & Arrear) Batches Sl.
